Tuesdays are not complete unless you've stopped by this quaint little restaurant. On Tuesdays hot dogs are only a dollar. 4 hotdogs with chili slaw mustard and onion later, I was the happiest person in town and stuffed! This deal is too good to be believed! Eat here often but Tuesdays are definitely special.

The food is always good it's clean and the staff are amazing. I get a Carolina dog fry's and a drink every time. And you can go wrong with any of the desserts.

Well... I must say not all hot dawgs are created equal...lol... Come with a big appetite cause these are huge ... The Arizona dog is awesome. The staff is very friendly and explained the menu and made recommendations. It was all good, the food, the oldies playing on the radio, and the friendly staff... If you're in Lenoir, just stop in for a Shake N Dog...

As the name implies milk shakes and hot dogs are made to order. The shakes are thick and smooth with a small scoop of ice cream on top. Each milkshake comes with a straw and a spoon. Taste great! Kids are very happy and car ride is quiet. This is a yesteryear type shop and you should definitely give it a try! ...

Love getting great all beef hot dogs from Shake N Dog. You wont find a better hot dog around. The ice cream is great also. My kids love getting their shakes.

We thought we would stop in for the 1 Tuesdays.I had almost given up on looking for a non generic hotdog it seemed like everywhere I went it was the same plain all the way with tasteless slaw and bland chili. This place exceeded my expectations with every item we ordered! My wife and I both got a dollar all the way with chili, mustard, onion and slaw and they were fantastic! I had a Memphis with bacon, bbq sauce, and cheddar cheese and a Jamaican with mayo, jerk sauce, lettuce, mango, lettuce, and jalapenos (my outside the box order) they were both packed full of flavor but nothing was overpowering it was all fantastic. My wife had a hot hot hotdog with french onions, hot sauce and slaw and she loved it! We ended our tues-date with a scoop of cookies and cream ice cream, I'm not an ice cream guy but you gotta try it some of the best ice cream I've had in a long time!

We were driving through Lenoir and just happened to see this cute shop. The hot dogs were great, both the meat itself and bread, but also the toppings. The Hawaiian had a great mixture of flavors that blended wonderfully and even basic topics like ketchup, mustard, and chili were the perfect flavor. Milkshakes were rich and flavorful. Owner was very friendly and helped explain the menu and made recommendations. Stop here when you’re in town!

It don't get better than small local hometown, hot dogs. This place is awesome! You also got to try their hot dog grilled cheese sandwich! It is amazing! The service is amazing. Give it a try you will love it!!
